Ok, so this week is not only a short week, but a holiday week. Work is nuts, people are out on vacation & I am gearing up to head home to RI tomorrow night to spend Thanksgiving with my cousins, Joanie & Sarah.
I am cooking Grandma's traditional Thanksgiving Feast & Sarah is going to be my helper & student chef...which I am looking forward to very much.
Friday, on the other hand, will be a bit more sullen as we are burying my Uncle Al's ashes at the Neri Family plot that morning. I am hoping this brings some closure on a sad something...being there in his final hour was the hardest thing ever and I feel that he will now be at peace with the love of his life, my Aunt Jay.
Later that day, if all works out, I'll be headed to Nikki's for a little drunken debauchery and fun and maybe a bit of Christmas decorating...who knows! Overnight there & home sometime on Saturday so I will have that night & Sunday to clean, organize, pack for my Florida Christmas trip or just plain vegetate!
